  • We are here for anyone affected by someone else’s drinking. Our Helpline is staffed by a team of friendly and helpful volunteers who share their own experience. The volunteers are members of Al-Anon, and not professionals. They will listen and be happy to answer your questions however they are unable to provide medical advice.

  • The Sands National Helpline provides a safe, confidential place for anyone who has been affected by the death of a baby. Whether your baby died long ago or recently, we are here for you.
