Meet the Team

  • Lucy T-Director

I started my counselling journey at Childline as a volunteer before doing my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in Integrative Psychotherapy. These days I run things here at Offload. When I'm not working, I like swimming, dying my hair weird colours, hanging out with my baby niece and wailing along to pop punk tunes from 2007.

  • Kristy - Advisory Board

I’m a communications professional with experience across the higher education, arts and third sectors, and a freelance culture writer featured in several major publications and independent zines. I'm supporting the Offload team with communications and copywriting advice, particularly writing engaging and effective bids. Outside work, you'll find me at gigs, being clumsy at yoga or hanging out with my cat.

  • Sophie - Psychotherapist

Sophie is a trainee psychotherapist studying at the University of Derby. She is super efficient and loves to travel!

  • Anisah- psychotherapist

After experiencing some significant life-changing events, I realised the power of mental health support and decided to make a career change into studying psychotherapy. I am now part way through my studies at Sherwood Psychotherapy Training institute. It's not just a profession for me; it's a calling to help others navigate their own life journeys and find healing and growth. It’s a delight to be a member at the Offload Project. It’s a great feeling to contribute and be involved with something so meaningful. In my free time I enjoy art, meditation, nature walks and Photography.

  • Giani- Psychotherapist

I am currently studying a MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am passionate about people, food, art, travelling and just experiencing life authentically. I enjoy swimming, games and coffees in bookstores where I’m buying books, just to get home and stare at them thinking ‘I’ll read you one day’.

Having a sense of community is important to me and I feel privileged to be part of Team Offload, making a difference in peoples’ lives and be fully present with you.
